If you are still wanting to return your unopened product and it is within 15 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below.
If you are unhappy or not satisfied with our products or service, we do have a 10 day opened, return and refund policy. Return must be actioned within 10 days of receipt of delivery as per the shipping tracking information.
No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.

Returns Process:
1) Email us at elsiejim44@hotmail.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 15-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to elsiejim44@hotmail.com so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to post to your statement.
